I can't say for sure that those are the same ones, but a couple years ago I handled a pair my brother in law was installing that were probably the same deal. The base that bolts down seemed a little flimsier than the one on the OEM mirrors, but it it also felt like it might stick a little better and not have as much of a tendency to "flip in". Or maybe it just felt "sticker" because they were new. I think that any mirror patterned after the VW factory original is going to turn into a flipper eventually though, based on the design alone. Personally, I'd just spent the extra six bucks and get an OEM mirror from busdepot.
