I'll bet most list vendors have them for about $10 to $15. Vanagain.com, Busdepot.com, gowesty.com

It's a plastic piece like a piece of tupperware that snaps over the flu vent. As far as I know it's designed only for use when washing the vehicle to keep water out. I'm not sure it's designed to stay on place at highway speeds. I've accidentally left my flu cover on and it has stayed on at highway speeds, but again I'm not sure in a long-term way it'll always be there without some addition means of securing it. And when I say "highway speeds" I mean that in an early 1980's highway kind of way--afterall no one would accuse a Vanagon of going highway speeds in the new millenium. (chime in all you with engine conversions...bragging about getting up highway hills without pedaling.)
