Hi - I didn't see this until another person on list pointed it out. If you looks at the speaker and housing from the rear, you'll see a small bead of glue that attached the speaker to the housing. Trick is to cut away the glue a bit and start working under the edge of the speaker to pop it loose. I used an old screwdriver, bent the tip at about 45 degrees and sharpened it a bit and popped it right out.
