Well, I don't know anything about the event...and really you probably can't see much of the ground clearance on that white van in the picture...but I DO remember seeing a quigley conversion on the road once...it had MASSIVE ground clearance... Probably since they are all custom, this one could have had a much lower stance, smaller wheels and tires, etc...
