Mark, The difference is in the reflector. A brighter bulb does not make the dark spot in the middle of the light pattern go away. I brought a dozen of good used ones last month from Europe. If there is enough interest, I can have more sent to me. It's not cost effective to ship them one by one. The rectangular ones are quite rare even in Europe because most of their T3's (Vanagons) came with round headlights. The rectangular lights came on the special editions such as X-star edition vans and trucks. BenT
