Hi all Well The Vanagon Is timed warm and starts and drives like a champ. But the idle is a bit low. When cold on start up it fires up and runs textbook. after it warms up it starts to stumble and idle about 700 rpm + - 50. so Ive adjusted the air bypass to get it up to about 750-800 rpm but it is still a little iffy. should i readjust the O2 cutoffs on the throttle body since every thing came apart and was put back together? BTW this is a 85 1.9L with the to throttle switches for reference. any help would be great. Next im off to the vw dealer to get a few gallons of coolant to take out the straight distilled water that i used to flush the system. c-ya Jonce Jonce Fancher 57 Single Cab 66 Sunroof Bug 66 Variant Squareback 71 Sunroof Bus 75 911S Sunroof 84 Vanagon "Godfried" 85 Vanagon Westi 2003 10 Passenger Sprinter Fancher's Upholstery Inc. - www.fanchers.com Not-A-VW Club- http://mywebpages.comcast.net/jaransont3/notavwclub/ |
