Hello, I have the opportunity to buy a 90 GL and was wondering if it is safe to tow another vanagon behind it. I would just be taking it around town on flat roads that have no hills and with speed limits at or below 45mph. Basically I need to get the van to places that have lifts and big time tools, not like the ones in my 2" wide red plastic tool box ,] and i am sick to death of towing prices. AAA is getting sick of me by now, I am sure. hehehehehe what do you think? I know that in mexico I had this van towed behind all sorts of crazy vehicles with nothing but a rope and was fine. =D anyone know of a nice tow hitch for a vanagon? I'm more daring than most with this stuff. Often confused with blatent stupidity ,] But, hey some think that you only live once! the wheels on the bus go round and round.......
