If you go to Tirerack.com you can look up the revs/mile figures for the tires you are considering. I personally wouldn't go beyond a 10% increase, ie 215/65R15. Too much taller will work your motor much harder, and the braking will be noticeably weaker because of the increased flywheel effect of the larger diameter tires. I learned this the hard way myself, you can make your own choice!
