Anybody have any dealing with these people?

I ordered a bumper from them while my van was getting her new motor, maybe two months ago. I got her back yesterday and when I took the plastic off the bumper it was already dented! I called and received an e mail saying they felt too much time has passed to file a claim for damages and that I should pay to have the dents removed by someone local.

Actually, I hit the ceiling when I read it. Just wanted to feel out others experiences with them.

Rob
