I know nothing about EVW, but the unfortunate fact is that UPS, Fedex, etc. generally will not accept a physical damage claim two months after a package was delivered. In fact many of my wholesale suppliers require me to infom them within 48 hours if a product arrives banged up. From their point of view, how do they know how that the item was not damaged during the two month interval between when it was delivered and when the claim was placed? Therefore you may be fighting an uphill battle. It's always a good idea to inspect any mail-order purchase as soon as it arrives, even if you do not plan to use it for a while, just in case of such a situation.
