I agree, but was tongue-in-cheek referring to the on road emergency conditions that would be dealt with w/ when a part breaks, falls off, etc & no tool can fix it other than the extra tools I mentioned.

I once drove 800 miles home w/ my gas pedal duct taped to the floor after the spot welds that held the pedal bracket broke off.(63 DC)

Tom-duct tape & bailing wire when no other tool will work-priceless?
