Yeah, that there's a "euro market" part. I never did understand why the Westy vans destined for North America, where vacationers are MORE likely to drive long distances at higher speeds, got only the drag-o-matic luggage rack version. Perhaps they wanted to ensure the WESTFALIA logo remained prominant.

Speaking of pop-top drag, I'm surprised no one has come up with a simple fiberglass "lid" for that dang "luggage space". Those Bagawest boxes were cool, but looked like they only added to the problem...
