>cover for luggage rack I'm really surprised too that no one has done this yet... Seems simple enough to make one out of just about anything, even just canvas would help. I'm thinking about stopping by a buddies metal shop this weekend and try making one out of a thin sheet of aluminum... maybe make it so it hinges off the front strap attachment points so when I do put stuff ( usually firewood) up there it's work like an air deflector. Honestly I think the only reason I've never done it is because I always "wanted" to put a solar panel up there... I suspect a lot the wind noise comes from the turblance caused at the join between the fiberglass top and the metal body... it's not a very smooth join. -Jon |
