Well, after lurking on this list far longer than I care to think about, I am finally pulling heads on my 84 camper to fix *the* head leak.

How much can the cylinder jugs pull out of the block before it is a problem (they pulled out less than 1 inch before I got them separated from the head)?

Also, one of the cylinder jugs rotates quite easily after tapping them back into the block, is this going to be a problem, or should the lower o-ring still be good?
