There are 2 sizes of these available. We only carry the larger size. The shorter version is designed for a Transporter with fixed vent windows.

If you purchased them from us, you should have the correct size.

You can use the clear thin double sided tape on the outside edge that fits into the window channel. This will help keep them in place.

They need to be able to move a little bit to work correctly. You can also put some small dabs of silicone on the outside edges of each end. Let it dry before you install.
