we'll why troubleshooting the cooling system today we snapped the waterpump/alternator belt. Good somone shed some light on the best way to do this as Bentley is usless, you know how they cover it 1. indentify belt 2. remove belt gee thanks. i'm rather confused on how to slacken tension on the a/c compressor. there appears to be both a top and bottom pivot point on the compress along with the adjuster along the left. never seen anything like this before and it appears its just easier to remove the whole a/c...got to be a better way. -- shawn feller, ohio 1986 vw vanagon gl westfalia 1993 vw eurovan gl plus a couple of saabs, boats, jet skis, dog and wife (all require to much maintenance, accept the dog)... www.carboncow.com www.carboncow.net |
