Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I ended up taking the van to Ideal RV in Redwood City. The experience was less than "ideal". ; ) I had them replace the service valve and regulator. They basically used the wrong regulator. It works, but I'm going to have to make a cover for it or re-replace it myself when I get time.
