Hi Mike; Isn't that the primary purpose of this list? Keep the questions coming Mike, I am learning more and more about the fun side of owning a Vanagon. As for those who complain, we can explain to them how to use the "delete" button if need be can't we!

Best Regards Howard Allen S. Portland, Maine

Subject First, apologies

I realize I have been flooding the list with questions today, and I apologize to those members who have publicly and privately requested that I just shut up a little once in a while why don't I? and also to those who wish I would but have not said anything.

Second (I just can't help myself because I have promised Mrs Squirrel a camping trip in a couple of weeks), I seem to have a leak where the throttle body joins the air intake distributor on this 1.9L WBX. I want to replace the boot. So what's the rough idea: remove the air filter / intake stuff until everything is clear to the right of the throttle body, disconnect everything you need to from the throttle body, then remove it?
