Mike, the smallest size of submersible non-automatic centrifugal bilge pump will work just fine. They're expensive though -- West Marine sells the Rule model 24 for fifteen dollars now, outrageous! They cost ten a...considerable...time ago. <g>

The pump expects to move a lot more water than you want, but the small size of the output tubing chokes it down so you'll get the same trickle as the little toy Coleman pump (Coleman of *Germany* thank you very much. VW wanted $125 for it around 1991) delivered, and similar current draw. Arrange the discharge hose so the pump stands upright and it will pump down very near empty.
