RE: LEDS and I know that LED's use less power but how much less?

 Based on the measuerments I did on the bulbs I replaced in the light over
the cabinets in my '90 Westy, exactly 10:1.  Stock bulbs draw 250 ma, 9LED
Festoon bulb replacements 25 ma.
