frank, you live in Ontario. where they dump more road salt on the roads than here..and most other places :<) i have seen late 90's cars from ontario with rust holes in them..something you'd never see around here.. 'nuff said :<)

as for the POR-15.. im sorry, POR 15 is not "all that". i have used this stuff as far back as 15 years ago before most people even knew it existed, and it aint god. i have a friend who used to work there (its made in Morristown NJ near here) and he could get me it at cost.. its an epoxy based, but it will flake, bubble, peel just like any other paint or coating. i painted a floorpan with it and had it rust thru anyway.. its a decent coating, but it wont really protect better than a few good heavy coats of rustoleum.. this is from long time experience with the product.
