Yes, this is cheap insurance for those of us who have older vehicles...the likelihood of us using it is much much greater, and, considering total cost of ownership....draw your own conclusions.

One thing I have noticed about the folks on this list... we are so willing to take these "antiques" on roadtrips that would scare the bejeebers out of someone owning another vehicle of similar vintage....

One reason I am keeping my Vanagons and my later model Cougar has to do with the "fan following". There are pretty much always going to be those that are interested in maintaining these things and keeping them on the road...try to find that with a Ford Econoline...oh yeah, mine's for sale now...
