You want good heat conduction in a metal pipe?

try solid GOLD!

Doesn't rust, and soon to be cheaper than OEM parts.

Stainless is not so hot for conduction, but better than rubber. Aluminum is much better, but it gets religious (holey-er than thou).

I think SS is the best for our lifetimes.
