Hi Larry, "Red Cup rules" refers to the enforcement of the alcohol policy in effect at the park. "Red Cup" was introduced back at EveryBus 2002 in Greensboro NC. If "The Man" (Park Staff) don't see open bottles, they don't see anything, and they don't really care as long as we're not too rowdy and nothing gets broken. So you pour your beer/wine/liquor into a red cup, and keep it low-key and there are no problems. Me, I use an extra- large Tim Horton's mug.
