I did the 'foam tubing' mod that another listmember recommended (used to be photos on a website somewhere?)

It helped.. basically can run the fan a 'notch' lower now

I live in the Phoenix metro area and can attest to this mod helping get a bit more 'cool' air to the front.

Other things: ------------------

Make sure the vents are 'aimed' just right..

Make sure all outside vents are off and the dashboard controls aligned properly. GoWesty has a section on their pages that details this.

Take your hat off inside the van.. for me this makes a huge difference in the amount of 'cool' air I feel
