Related to earlier discussions of interior lighting:

Incandescents produce about 16 lumens per watt LEDs produce abot 30 to 35 lumens per watt, although they vary, but are becoming more efficient Fluorescents produce about 80 lumens per watt.

Not the best sites to sort through for the facts, but there are many sites out there that will list the efficiency of these bulbs.
