It is trivial. You just have to know the details.

On the outside, Remove your grill and left side headlight. On the
inside Remove your instrument cluster.

Presuming you are replacing a "standard" antenna (on the slope of the
metal on the left side of the vehicle. Loosen the nut holding the
antenna in place. On the inside, disconnect the antenna cable from
the back your radio. You should now be able to pull the antenna right
out and the cable will come with it.

Installation is pretty much the reverse. You did pay attention to
where the cable went when you pulled the antenna out right?
