My expansion tank had cracked so I ordered a new tank and level sensor from
BD and the sensor leaked quite bad.  while trying to tighten it just a
little more, the hex head snapped off so non-returnable, put the original
sensor in and no leaks and all is good.  It's not BD's fault but there are
some less than adequate parts out there so buyer beware
