My expansion tank had cracked so I ordered a new tank and level sensor from BD and the sensor leaked quite bad. while trying to tighten it just a little more, the hex head snapped off so non-returnable, put the original sensor in and no leaks and all is good. It's not BD's fault but there are some less than adequate parts out there so buyer beware Dave C.
