I second what Neal has written. There maybe a good size of piece lodged in
the outlet of the tank, restricting the outflow. You would not think, but
most junk goes into the tank is from the gas station. Even a leaf
sometimes. Otherwise it is sealed well. I pulled out junk with a little
hook from the pipe once. Small trouble but insisting.
