From talking with them, and seeing the cars in their shop, I don't doubt these guys do good work. Friendly enough, too.

But, in my experience, they are NOT cheap. I had them price some AC work for my GTI and it was expensive. I think the price DIFFERENCE alone between using aftermarket parts and "genuine" was, like $400 - and it was mainly just a compressor and expansion valve, IIRC.

No, he will convince you NOT to convert to R134a!

Again, though, I'm sure they do good work.
