I don't have swivel - - and what happened is the one screw in the rear completely fell out and locked the seat in its track - I played force the screw out with the seat and what that did was positiion the screw stuck right where the lever is for lifting the track (lock so you can move the seat), then I had to hack saw two groves into the black railing attached to the seat (other screws were loose and in the course of this removed, my hack blade juts out beyond its frame [giraffe necked]), pry with a screw driver, lift the seat lever out of the track, then I had to hack saw the screw into two pieces, and finally hammer the head end of the screw out of the white track with a screw driver and hammer . . fun day. . but feels good to finally have this out of the way. seat works, and there is not bit of limited sliding back and forth while I drive. 

Moral: tighten screws when you first notice their loose.
