I'm cleaning up after going to a Subaru engine. I'm getting the rest of the parts ready to put on TheSamba One of the things is the charcoal canister and that little valve that goes with it, does anyone know how to see if it's still good? With this part I'm not sure that it's good even if the van was running well when the rod went. It's just a lack of knowledge on my part. Anyway if someone knows how to test it sitting on the workbench I'd appreciate hearing about it.
