Badly? Not as such. Groschi's "system" can be a little exasperating, though. I don't think he really likes selling "across the pond" so much. He's been unable to work out a non-onerous method of getting stuff over here. He had a flaky guy in Vancouver (I think) who he'd bulk-ship all his NA orders to, who'd then (in theory) separate them and send them individually, but the guy's apparently less than reliable. I eventually had to have him send the SA brake kit I ordered to my father in Austria, who's hand-carrying it back next time he comes back here.

What kind of trouble you having?
