I'm about to replace my canvas with the 3-window version sold by the Bus Depot. Inspecting it prior to installation I was surprised to find that the front screen and screen flap are secured by Velcro strips along the vertical edges. I say 'surprised' because the product description says it is "a much more authentic reproduction of the original than those sold elsewhere".

I haven't seen those sold elsewhere, maybe they have even more Velcro. Or did the original 3-window canvas also use Velcro (doubt it)?

Hopefully Velcro will be adequate for this application. It looks a bit cheesy but perhaps once installed it is alright. Anyone have one of these in use & care to comment?
