Hi,

The old style westy curtains with the aluminium "flat bar" support at
the top and good old curtain cord at the bottom could be the easiest
way to put curtains in your van, if you can find donor parts.

But here's an idea, West Marine sells a curtain system that looks
like it is applicable:
