86-91 Vanagons use the ATC spade fuses.  As to the swap-ability, I don't
know.  It may depend on how close the wiring harness connections of the 85
verses the 86-later and how the fusebox/relay plate is mounted.

I'll have to compare my 84 with a friend's 87 over the weekend and see if
it's feasible.
