Changes the fluids, the filet, then pull the plugs, turn it over by hand a few times to ensure nothing frozen up, and then turn it over a few times with the starter to ensure the oil is out to the bearings, re-install the plugs and start her up. Expect valves to clatter for a while until oil is warm and circulating so the lifters will pump. There is going to be some lifter clatter noise. Expect it.
