I guess I faced a similar decision in recent years... though I can't say I ever really considered not getting a rebuilt transaxle at 180K and a rebuilt engine at 220K. Our 17 years of traveling this way has spoiled me for anything else -- for what my wife & I enjoy a bigger RV just wouldn't be the same experience. But only you can say what is right for you. Geo H Oh, and don't assume that just because you spring for a Class C RV it means you are through spending money to keep it on the road.
