The receiving end of the belt pair mounts to the same one the front seat belt does, on the down low in the walkway between the seats. It mounts on a stiff, rubber- covered but somewhat flexible cable that always keeps the receiving end up in the air, but is not so stiff that it would hurt anyone or anything bumping into it.
