I agree that the best place for the three way outlet is on the front wall of
the kitchenette.  Mine is mounted about 4 inches below the top so that my
laptop will still fit under it (between the seat and the cabinet) and so
that reclining the seat doesn't press against the socket.  There is also a
screw there that can be used.  Mine is mounted with velcro across the back
of the jack and then the screw on one side so that I didn't have to drill
into the cabinet.  I also added a single socket on about ten inches of
wire in between the front seats, that is good for any items that live in the
center console area like a digital camera charger, and a socket that lives
in the recess at the top left of the rear hatch opening for lighting, shower
pump etc. when out back.
