I have the 10' Sidewinder II by Carefree of Colorado. I've been told it's the same manufacturer as Fiama. It's a good sturdy awning. The poles have holes in the feet for tent stakes which really helps stabilize it in high winds. Also, with the top and front poles you can easily attach side panels if you want to box in for privacy. Uses brackets to attach to rain gutter so no permanent mods to the van. You do have to bend the brackets to clear the pop top. It is cumbersome to set up for one person but overall I like it. My neighbor has the Shadyboy. He loves it for size, weight, simplicity, etc. but on his last trip to the beach he came back to find it broken and hanging in front of the van because it broke in high winds. Mike
