I read the van is running again and hope you're making it home. However another option for anyone who is stranded beyond repair:

4) Visit a nearby Ryder/U-Haul place and rent a van/truck + a car carrier (dolly or flatbed). For short and medium hauls this is usually cheaper than arranging for shipping, but for long hauls the per mile cost adds up. (30-50c/mile)
