Mike, the fridge is a lot pickier about gas pressure than a bbq burner -- it needs a two-stage regulator just like the one feeding it now, so if you don't want to spend $25 for the Marshall Brass or the similar one at campingworld.com then use the one off the Westy.

Most of the rest is just plumbing -- the special parts are the "POL spud" that feeds the regulator and the fitting that mates with whatever tank you're using. Campingworld seems to have very poor selection and lousy descriptions -- I would have no confidence of getting what you want from them. Try http://www.dyersonline.com/c-130-lp-supplies-rv.aspx -- they seem to have a more realistic attitude. Get them to make you up what you need to have a flexible hose btw the tank and the regulator, then take the whole thing to the local hardware store and make up what you need from regulator to fridge. Or some variation on that. BTW, an "excess-flow POL spud" -- required for RV use -- is one that slams shut if the regulator gets broken off and you're dumping propane at catastrophic rates. Can prolly live without it for this application, just don't put it on the van by mistake.
