Hi Edward The AFM that i have on it now is new and it acted the same as the one i took off. But I Did Take it for a burn the carbon out drive around the block. Did studder once as it was warming up. it ran great good power solid take off smooth on accel and decel didnt have the raw fuel smell that its been known to have. All in all i think i finally have this puppy licked (Not that i Lick puppies!!). More then likely the biggest 2 issues were: 1) Broken wire variable contact to the temp 2 sender. never sent a good signal back.

2) intake leak at the head to the runner! basic fit issues resolved with a matabo.

Other then that everything after the rev and burn off the carbon that im sure was all over the plugs and o2 sensor. the best thing is no smell of unburnt gas burning your eyes at idle.

Thanks to all that pointed in multiple direction to get me on the right track. Ive been toying with this thing for to long to still not have it run right. I even built my 1st water box to put in it along the way. Going on a weekend camp trip in 2 weeks and it will be good to go milage should be alot better then what its been. c-ya Jonce
