Indeed. My other car for travelling is almost 50 years old so I can't pull into an Autozone for a part and the dealerships are as long gone as the Gerald Ford Whitehouse... so I carry a bootload of spares when on the road.

I'm reaching that point with the Westy and trying to work out exactly which spares would be the best choices -- Temp2 sounds like a candidate. I'll check the archives as I expect the 'what to take' has been hashed & rehashed in the past.
