If there wasn't so much drama with the bidding I would have bid on that one. I have two auto trans just sitting in my shop taking up space. I'm sure with a trans swap, some minor bodywork and an ad on the Samba, one could have made a few k on that one, for sure. I also agree that swapping interiors would work as well. Lets see if the buyer actually pays.
