If you're talking about the front heater valve, search the archives for a detailed article I submitted. If you can't find it, email me. I found a way to do the job in about 30 minutes by dropping the heater valve down to floor level so you don't have to work on it up in "the box." I have labeled pictures to go with the article. The pictures can be found in the dieselnoises folder in the yahoo! diesel newsgroup. I'm hoping you find them there, I won't have access to my pictures until some data is recovered from a hard drive I recently lost.
