Yes my problem is the front hearter hose, and the hardware store ball joint sounds like it will be the best fix. I had disconected the wire going to the valve and had a cool van for a small period of time. I would be delighted to simply take my tire down and turn my heat off in the spring and turn it on in the fall. Simple,

If you're talking about the front heater valve, search the archives > for a detailed article I submitted. If you can't find it, email me.
