Subject: CV click??
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1

Hi all.

Am in the middle of inspecting CV's.

I'm hearing a "click click click" from what I think is the RR wheel. One click per revolution of wheel. I will also have a look at front wheel.

Can't see anything obviously wrong with CV's. Boots look ok. No bolts loose. Can't feel any play, except for LR movement in driveshafts. (same on both sides)

Any other pointers re: checking CV's? (before removal)

Any other ideas as to where click may be coming from?

It isn't the wheel cover. Lug nuts are tight. I don't hear anything when I turn the wheel by hand.

Please and thanks!

Neil.
