I need some advice. I have the opportunity to purchase a clean 1987 Westy in good mechanical shape for a decent price. Only problem is that it was never equipped with A/C. I have two questions. Should this be a deal breaker? Obviously, when it's 110 outside, the AC question looms larger but I wonder how important it really is given the inherent problems with the factory system. Also, how much would it cost for an entirely new AC installation either with a Behr or other system? Any advice would help. Gerry |
